Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• Article Processing Charges are 2,500,000 IDR
• Turnitin Similarity Report (maximum similarity index: 20%)
• The bibliography is written based on the Style APA (7th Edition)
• Author(s) of the journal have clarified everything that may arise such as work, research expenses, consultant expenses, and intellectual property on the document in relation to the ICMJE form disclosure of conflicts of interest.
• To ensure a smooth submission process and compliance with JIKSH standards, please prepare the following essential requirements before submitting your manuscript:
  1. Reference Management: The manuscript must utilize a reference manager (Mendeley is recommended).
  2. Title Page: Include a complete title page as per the journal's guidelines. (template click here).
  3. Ethics Approval: Attach the ethics approval certificate in the separate file
  4. Author's Declaration and Agreement: Please ensure that the Author’s Declaration and Agreement form has been fully completed and is attached as a separate file (template click here).
  5. Plagiarism Check: Provide a plagiarism check report with a similarity index of less than 20%.
  6. Template Compliance: Ensure the manuscript is formatted according to the JIKSH template (template click here).
  Submissions that fail to meet any of these five requirements will be immediately rejected. Authors may revise their manuscripts to address the issues and resubmit it for further consideration.
