Author Guidelines
Abdimas Polsaka: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes high-quality community service and engagement articles in the health sciences. The following guidelines are designed to meet national accreditation standards (SINTA) and international indexing requirements (Scopus).
Scope and Article Types
The journal accepts:

Review articles related to community engagement
Manuscripts should address one or more of the following areas: epidemiology, environmental health, health promotion, reproductive health, occupational health and safety, health policy and administration, community nursing, and community midwifery.
Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English or Bahasa Indonesia and organized as follows:

Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, 1.5 spacing

Page size A4 with standard margins

Length: 4,000–6,000 words including references
References and Citations

References should follow APA Style (7th edition)

Use recent and relevant sources (last 5–10 years)

A minimum of 20 references is recommended
Peer Review Process
All submissions are subject to a double-blind peer review process by at least two independent reviewers. Editorial decisions are based on originality, relevance, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and contribution to community impact.
Publication Ethics
Authors must ensure originality and avoid plagiarism. Manuscripts should not be under consideration elsewhere. Studies involving human participants must comply with ethical standards and obtain necessary approvals.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Copyright:
- Copyright of the published article belongs to the author.
- The author acknowledges that Abdimas Polsaka: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat has the right to publish for the first time under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
- Authors can submit articles separately, regulating the non-exclusive distribution of manuscripts that have been published in this journal into another version by acknowledging that the manuscript has been published for the first time in the Abdimas Polsaka: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat.

Digital Archiving Policy
Abdimas Polsaka: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat, mengimplementasikan fungsi preservasi PKP Private LOCKSS Network (PLN).
Self-archiving policy
Authors are allowed to store all versions of their articles in institutional repositories or other places (subject repository) including Preprint manuscripts, Manuscripts Accepted by Authors, and Published articles (Version of Record). Periodically submitted to OneSearch National Library of Indonesia, Garuda (Gerba Rujukan Digital) and LIPI (Indonesian Institute of Sciences) to be stored in the repository.
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Authors are required to follow the provided template and submission checklist.
